Join me for a special Sound Bath experience designed to calm the mind, soften the body, and bring you back into a state of balance and ease.
Saturday 9th May 7.30PM-8.30PM at Lollypop Creek Community Centre. This is a beautiful way to spend time with your Mum, sister, aunty, or a close friend… or simply gift yourself a moment to pause and reset
The session begins with a warm cup of ceremonial cacao, traditionally known for its gentle heart-opening and grounding qualities. Participants are invited to sip quietly while setting a personal intention for the session. You will then lie down comfortably on your mat and be guided into a deeply relaxing sound bath using crystal singing bowls and other soothing instruments. The vibrations of the sound help calm the nervous system, quiet the mind and encourage a meditative state of rest. Many people experience deep relaxation, clarity, emotional release or simply a peaceful pause from their busy lives.
Arrive 10 minutes early to settle in. Doors will close once the session begins to maintain a peaceful space for everyone.
This session is intentionally kept small (maximum 15 participants) to create a calm and personal experience.
